BBB Brake Disc BBS-36 for organic Magura MT series The pads are made of organic materials and bound with synthetic resin. In order to improve the braking performance and to reduce the abrasion of the coating contains small amounts of metal particles. Nevertheless, the pads are largely organic, one might say, they are semi-metallic. This mixture results in optimum dry and wet braking performance and also holds the glass wear low. Great for wet weather riding. if you often riding in wet conditions, a metal brake pad will outperform an organic pad.
Lasts longer than organic pads and handles heat better.

Much quieter than metal brake pads, the Softer material allows the brake to be quieter.
Great for dry conditions where you don't need to worry about getting mud or water everywhere
Will give you more initial bite.
