Any product purchased from Evo Cycles is covered by the appropriate warranty as defined by the original manufacturer's warranty policy. Details regarding warranty periods on brands distributed by Evo Cycles can be found below.

Kona Bicycles Warranty Policy

Warranty cover varies based on the type of product purchased. Please refer to the product type below for the applicable warranty information.

  • Metal frames and forks - 3 Years
  • Carbon frames and forks - 3 Years
  • Dual suspension frames - 3 Years
  • Paintwork and Decals - 1 Year
  • Original Parts - All original parts are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the individual component manufacturer.
  • Original parts - In the case of wear and tear parts (bearings, bushings and bolts), 3 months warranty applies, unless otherwise specified by the original manufacturer.
  • Suspension - These shall be covered by the stated warranty of their original manufacturers.

**The warranty applies to the original owner of the bicycle and is non-transferable to subsequent owners."

Polygon Warranty Policy

  • Alloy frame and fork - 10 years
  • Carbon frame and fork - 5 years
  • Steel frame and fork - 5 years
  • Dual suspension frame - 5 years

  • Trid/Trid ZZ frame and fork - 2 years
  • ENTITY-branded part/component - 2 years

  • Standard manufacturer's warranty on all suspension forks and Shimano components
  • A 1 year warranty on all other non-consumable components

Evo Cycles Branded Product Warranty Policy

Funkier Warranty Policy

1 Year on materials and workmanship. Wear and tear will not be covered.

Steady Rack Warranty Policy

5 years on materials and workmanship*

*Your Steadyrack Bike Rack will not be covered by this warranty if it is installed in situations where it is exposed directly to the elements including, but not limited to: rain, sunlight, snow and ice. Your Steadyrack Bike Rack will also not be covered by this warranty if it is installed into drywall/gyprock. Please read our installation guide above carefully to ensure you understand where Steadyracks should be installed, and tips on how to safely install on drywall/gyprock whilst upholding warranty.

Steadyrack warrants that the Steadyrack Bike Rack is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of retail purchase. Any claim for breach of this warranty must be made on the following conditions:

  • The defects have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship.
  • The Steadyrack Bike Rack must not have been changed, nor tampered with in any way.
  • The defects have not arisen as a result of the Steadyrack Bike Rack being installed outdoors in direct contact to weather conditions like sunlight, snow and rain.
  • The defects have not arisen as a result of the Steadyrack Bike Rack being installed into drywall/gyprock.
  • Failure of the Steadyrack Bike Rack must not be due to misuse, improper installation or other maltreatment, interference or abuse including, but not limited to, use in a manner contrary to our specifications or instructions.
  • Steadyrack warranty is voided if racks are used to transport bicycles.

Magped Warranty Policy

1 Year on materials and workmanship. Wear and tear will not be covered.
