International Delivery 

We only offer international delivery to Australian addresses, on a case by case basis. These orders can be placed on the Evo website and we will then make contact with you to confirm delivery and the shipping charge.


  • Most orders need to be signed for on delivery to ensure their safe arrival
  • We need a physical address for delivery. Please no P.O Box numbers as orders will be returned to us
  • You will be liable for any GST or Duty that my be applied by Australian Customs
  • Oils, lubes, degreasers and compressed air cannot be shipped as they are flammable
  • Please note: Shimano, Sram, Trek, Giant, Liv & some other brands are not available for delivery outside of New Zealand

Delivery costs for orders to Australia vary greatly which is why we provide an accurate quote for each order. The cost to ship to Australia will vary based on the size and weight of the item. A final price will be quoted before dispatch, allowing you a chance to cancel your order if you are not comfortable with the shipping cost. If you need an estimate before you purchase please contact us.


We ship bikes as partially assembled, with instructions on how to finish assembly included with your order. The assembly required is basic and tools required are listed with the instructions. We also recommend reading the owners manual for your bike, which is available on the manufacturers website. In the rare case that you are having trouble assembling the bike, please don't hesitate to call our service centers on 0800 424 537 ext. 2322 for technical assistance.



If you order a bicycle for delivery in Australia, it will arrive partially assembled in a box. These bikes will require some minor assembly before they can be ridden. Below a guide to our process.

You purchase your bike from


Our expert mechanic pulls your bike out of the box and builds it to 100%, excluding accessories. We tune the brakes and gears then test ride to ensure everything is running smoothly.

We then take off a few simple parts to fit the bike into the box. We double check to ensure all the parts are enclosed before sealing the box and sending to you.

Your bike arrives!

You use 2-3 common tools to fit a few simple parts. If you get stuck, use our help centre and bike assembly guides or give us a call and we'll talk you through the process.



Delivery to Australia from New Zealand can take 5-10 working days after dispatch. However, this may take longer if items get held up at customs when entering Australia.

Yes. As a NZ registered business, we are required to pay GST on all items sold. You will be also liable for any additional Australian GST or import duties once your order arrives in Australia.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any stage before it has been dispatched. If your order is in transit to Australia, you will need to return the item at your cost before we can refund the purchase price. Any incured freight costs are non refundable.

We are only able to provide an accurate shipping quote once we know what you are ordering and where it is being delivered. Frieght charges vary based on the size and weight of the items ordered. 

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.

No. We are not allowed to ship restricted brands outside of New Zealand. Please contact your local bike dealer if you wish to purchase one of these brands in Australia.
