We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery from time of order.

Please allow additional time over and above normal delivery times for rural delivery.



On all website orders over $99 Evo Cycles offers free delivery to any non-rural address in New Zealand* - this INCLUDES large and bulky items and bike brands that are able to be shipped. Please note some brands are only available via Click & Collect or Evo Home Delivery as they must be fully assembled by a qualified bike mechanic in an approved store. *There is an additional $5 charge for all rural deliveries. Free Freight does not apply to service centre jobs please see the section below about our service centre freight policy. ^ There is an additional surcharge of $15 for outer island delivery, this includes Waiheke, Great Barrier and Chatham Islands, etc.


On orders under $99 we charge $6.99 fee for non-rural addresses and $11.99 for rural addresses. There are no hidden shipping costs and you know exactly what you’re paying for. This is for website orders and in-showroom orders only and does not apply to service centre jobs. *There is an additional $5 charge for all rural deliveries. Free Freight does not apply to service centre jobs please see the section below about our service centre freight policy. ^ There is an additional surcharge of $15 for outer island delivery, this includes Waiheke, Great Barrier and Chatham Islands, etc.


Any parts that we do not have in stock and need to custom order so that we can complete your bicycle service or repair will be on charged to you per supplier. We do our absolute best to keep the most popular service parts in stock but because bikes can be very complex in nature, sometimes it is required that we source specific parts from multiple locations to complete your service centre job.


Due to limited freight options, we cannot deliver bikes or bulky items to New Zealand's outer islands including the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or Stewart Island. An additional freight surcharge will apply to small parcel deliveries to these locations.

Traditional Courier vs Evo Home Delivery


Ordering a bike from Evo? If you choose the option Evo Home Delivery at the checkout your order will be personally delivered to you, by an Evo Crew Member, who will also be able to answer any questions you have about your new bike. If you choose Evo Delivery your bike will be delivered completely built, tuned and ready to ride! We are also able to offer Evo Home Delivery on previously restricted brands such as Giant & Trek!

Our home delivery charge is only $30 for 15km and $1 per km after that.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Once your order is with the courier, please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
You will receive courier tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a dispatch notification within 5 business days or have questions about an outstanding order, please contact us here.

Standard courier delivery is FREE on all orders over $99*. For orders under $99, including Click & Collect, there is a flat $6.99 shipping & handling fee. *There is an additional $5 charge for all rural deliveries and a further $15 surcharge for outer island deliveries. **For orders using Evo Home Delivery for bikes, there is a minimum $30 charge.

Click & Collect is a FREE service for orders over $99. For all Click & Collect orders under $99, there is a flat $6.99 fee. This is because your order will need to be transferred to the store from an Evo Warehouse for collection.

Our home delivery charge is only $30 for 15km and $1 per km after that up to 50km. This service is only available when purchasing a new bike from Evo Cycles.

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. Once you receive this tracking reference, you can monitor progress of your delivery with the courier provider. If you experience delays from this stage, please contact the courier provider directly for more information.

Not necessarilary as Evo dispatches orders from a number of locations around New Zealand. If you have ordered more than one item, sometimes these will need to be shipped separately. You will receive unique tracking references for each dispatch. Please don't be alarmed if your package arrives missing items as the remainder of your order is likely not far away. You can check your account here for order progress and tracking.

Yes, but only via Evo Home Delivery. Trek, Giant & Liv bikes cannot be delivered by standard courier. This is because these brands require the bikes be fully assembled and safety checked before hand over, as per their safety and warranty policy. They cannot be delivered partially assembled in a box.

NZ courier companies charge additional fees for rural addresses. Unfortunately, we need to we need to offset this cost to continue offering the lowest prices possible on the Evo product range.

NZ courier companies charge additional fees to get items to the likes of Waiheke and Chatham Islands. Unfortunately, we need to offset this cost to make shipping viable to these islands.

As per our freight Policy, if we need to custom order in parts to complete your service centre job then this freight charge will be passed on to you. For example, if we have to custom order two parts from two different suppliers, we will then charge pass on each freight charge to you.


Some bike brands available at Evo can be sent via courier delivery. These bikes will arrive in a box and will require some minor assembly before they can be ridden. Below a guide to our process. Please note, courier delivery is not available for restricted brands such as Trek, Giant & Liv.

You purchase your bike from


Our expert mechanic pulls your bike out of the box and builds it to 100%, excluding accessories. We tune the brakes and gears then test ride to ensure everything is running smoothly.

We then take off a few simple parts to fit the bike into the box. We double check to ensure all the parts are enclosed before sealing the box and sending to you.

Your bike arrives!

You use 2-3 common tools to fit a few simple parts. If you get stuck, use our help centre and bike assembly guides or give us a call and we'll talk you through the process.



Freight is a rapidly rising cost, and most orders incur a cost to Evo. In order to offer the best prices possible, Evo subsidises this cost for our customers. Our freight cost is higher than what we pass on to you. To ensure Evo can continue to offer great prices and an excellent range of products we need to charge freight in certain situations.


*Evo does our absolute best to keep key service and stock items in stock at all of our locations but due to the complex nature of bicycles, sometimes we need to custom order in a part for you.
