Keep the process quick and simple by choosing Click & Collect instead of courier delivery. Avoid the risk of missing the courier and instead collect your order when it suits you!

Click & Collect also allows you to shop online for delivery restricted brands such and Trek, Giant and Liv, and collect from any of our 20 showrooms around New Zealand.

Collecting from an Evo Showroom

Place an order over the phone or online.
When shopping online, select 'Click & Collect' in the checkout as your delivery type, then choose your pick up location.
When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a collection time.
We'll send you a text and email to say your order is ready for collection. Please be aware your order may need to be transferred from another location.
Collect your order at a time that suits you!
Evo showrooms are open 7 days a week and have plenty of parking available. Please ensure you bring photo ID and your order reference with you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes. All Evo showrooms are open for shopping, test rides and bicycle servicing.

Yes. All of our showrooms will be open for collection of online orders or phone. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

No. Click & Collect orders require the order to be paid for in advance. Your order will only be made available for pickup once it has been paid for online or over the phone.

Yes. You can return items to Evo Showrooms for an exchange, credit or refund*. Please bring a proof of purchase with you and ensure the product is in new condition with original packaging in tact.

Because of high order volumes and stress on the courier network orders are expected to take longer than usual to arrive if they need to come from another location. Packages can take up to 5 additional working days.

If you do not receive a collection notification within 5 business days or have questions about an outstanding order, please get in touch with your local showroom here.

Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, we will be unable to facilitate a return and process a refund during the lockdown.
