Contactless Click & Collect is available from Evo Showrooms operating in alert level 3 and below. You will receive a notification once your order is ready to be collected.

 

Order Processing Delays

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions across New Zealand, order processing times will be delayed if your order needs to be transferred from another location. Deliveries in and out of the Auckland region may be delayed by up to 10 days and delays of to up to 5 days for the rest of NZ.

       

Click & Collect

       

Keep the process quick and simple by choosing Click & Collect instead of courier delivery. Avoid the risk of missing the courier and instead collect your order when it suits you!

       

Click & Collect also allows you to shop online for delivery restricted brands such and Trek, Giant and Liv, and collect from any of our 25+ showrooms around New Zealand.

                    Place an order over the phone or online.                
               
                    When shopping online, select 'Click & Collect' in the checkout as your delivery type, then choose your pick up location.                
           
           
               
                                   
               
                    We'll let you know your order is ready to collect.                
               
                    We'll send you a text and email to say your order is ready for collection. Please be aware your order may need to be transferred from another location.                
           
           
               
                                   
               
                    Collect your order at a time that suits you!                
               
                    Evo showrooms are open 7 days a week and have plenty of parking available. Please ensure you bring a NZ Drivers Licence or Passport as photo ID, and your order reference with you.

The collect time will vary depending on what you have ordered and where the products need to come from. If the product is available in your selected showroom, you may be able to collect it within a day. However, if the item needs to come from another Evo showroom or one of our warehouses, it could take up to 7 working days. Please allow additional time for bikes as these will need to be assembled and safety checked before collection.
               
           
                       
               

               
                   
Click & Collect is available on all items. There is no minimum or maximum purchase amount.
               
           
           
               

               
                   
No. Click & Collect orders require the order to be paid for in advance. Your order will only be made available for pickup once it has been paid for online or over the phone.

Yes. We will need to see a NZ Drivers Licence or Passport as photo ID on collection of all Click & Collect orders. If you want someone to collect your order on your behalf, please let us know in advance so we can add them as an approved collector on the order.                    
               
           
           
               

               
                   
Due to warranty and safety regulations, some brands are only available via Click & Collect. This is to ensure bikes are correctly assembled by a qualified mechanic and is the international policy for brands such as Giant, Liv, Trek & more.                    
               
           
           
               

               
                   
                        As items may need to be transferred from another location there is a flat $5 shipping and handling fee for Click & Collect orders under $100.
