Evo Service Centres During Level 2

Evo Showrooms and Service Centers are open for business during level 2.

Some of Evo's showrooms are still catching up so there may still be some delays in getting your bike booked in. Thanks for understanding and rest assured we're pumping the bikes out and keeping delays to a minimum.

Traditional Servicing: You drop off and pick up from Evo

Evo will work on the bike, complete the service and send an invoice for payment
We will notify you of an alloted time to pick up your bike from Evo. Follow the instructions carefully.

Stay At Home: Evo picks up and drops off to you

Once payment has been made, we will notify you when drop off will be within 2 delivery windows 11am-12pm & 3-4pm

Are Evo Service Centres open?

Yes. During level 2 all Evo service centres will be open for servicing , maintenance and repairs. To book your bike in for a service, click here

Due to an overwhelming demand, our service centres are currently slammed! We are working as fast as we can but please expect some delays during these unprecidented times. You will be contacted once you have filled in our online form to arrange a collection/drop off time. We should be able to give you a clearer idea of the time frame at this point. Turn around times will also be influenced by the nature of the work required or if parts need to be ordered in specifically for your repair.

Your repair will need to be left with your Local Evo service Centre. We will contact you once the repair has been completed and arrange a collection or drop off time with you.

Yes. You can come inside to drop off or collect your bike. However, You will need to maintain a physical distance of at least 1m from our crew and other customers.

For the foreseeable future we are offering a collection and drop off service within 15 km of your nearest Evo. There will be a $25 fee for each service. Collection and drop off times can be arranged with your local Evo Service Centre.

Evo Bicycle Service Centres

Just like a car, your bicycle should be regularly serviced to ensure any little issues are picked up before they become big (and expensive) problems. To ensure the safety of you and your bike, we recommend a Gold service at least once a year.

Each of our on-site, fully equipped bicycle service centres are staffed with a professional, qualified team of bike mechanics, who live and breathe their sport. Their expertise and passion for all things bicycle is second to none and you can be sure you'll always be met with a friendly smile.

We service all makes and models of bikes, from Mountain Bikes to Road Bikes, Commuter Bikes, Kids Bikes and everything in between. We also offer quotations and repair for insurance purposes. So if you need your bike checked, fixed, repaired, serviced or are just after some good old bike advice, come in and see the team here at Evo Cycles.

*All services exclude parts and extra labour. You will be contacted if there is any change to your quoted job. **Bookings essential for all services. Limited spaces available per day. Drop-off distances vary per location. Please ask your nearest Evo Cycles about maximum travel distances. Bikes booked in for Platinum services may not be delivered back on the same day due to time constraints, traffic, and availability of service parts. Platinum service comes with one of the following items, pivot bolt service, bartape, or grips. No exchanges on Platinum service items

When you purchase a new bike in-store or via Click & Collect at Evo, you have the opportunity to purchase 3 services for the price of less than 2, to use at your discretion over the next 3 years.
