A Gold Service Plan is what we recommend for all electric bikes, and performance road & mountain bikes. With a Gold Service you will get everything included in a Silver service, plus a wheel true, regrease of your bottom bracket, headset and hubs. And for electric bikes we will perform a bike firmware update.
With a Silver Service, you get everything included in a bronze service, plus we'll perform a full drivetrain clean, lubricate gear cables and polish the frame and wheels. A Silver Service is recommended for most bikes seeing regular use.

A Bronze service is great for peace of mind on entry level bikes and kids bikes. We'll give your bike a clean up, tune the gears, check the brakes and make sure it is safe to ride.
Service plans do not include brake bleeding, suspension servicing or dropper post services. Pricing excludes consumables and non-reusable parts. Service plans valid for 3 years. 3 services can be used anytime within the three years. Not transferable to another person or bike. Valid at any Evo Cycles service centre location. Service plan can only be purchased at time of bike purchase. Service plan pricing does not include parts or additional labour. The service plan must be presented when you drop your bike in.

Drop-off distances vary per location. Please ask your nearest Evo Cycles about maximum travel distances. Bikes booked in for Platinum services may not be delivered back on the same day due to time constraints, traffic, and availability of service parts. Platinum service comes with one of the following items, pivot bolt service, bartape, or grips. No exchanges on Platinum service items. Any freight costs incurred obtaining parts to complete your bicycle service or repair will be on-charged to you per item. We do our absolute best to keep the most popular service parts in stock but because bikes can be very complex in nature, sometimes it is required that we source specific parts from multiple locations to complete your service centre job.
