The EVO Workplace bike service will leave your bike clean, tuned and ready to ride. The service includes a Bike clean, Full safety check, Gear and Brake tune, plus a basic drivetrain clean and a full assessment, We will also replace your gear cables if they need to be. You will get a full assessment left with your bike as well as a $20 EVO Service voucher to go towards anything we couldn’t do on the day

The Evo workplace discount varies by make and model and ranges between 7.5% - 26% off the recommended retail price. Please be aware that this discount is not available in combination with other promotions or off an already reduced sale price. Current pricing is available above.
Yes, the Evo workplace discount extends to the full Evo product range, including non electric bikes. We are offering a 10% discount on current season bikes, parts and accessories and a 5% off discount on Wahoo, Garmin, Tacx and other electronics.
We require a 10% deposit when placing the order, then the balance to be paid on collection of your order. Alternatively, we have an exclusive finance offer of 17 months interest free with a Q Card and we will also waive the initial sign up/add on fee ($55 for new customers/$35 for existing). We can also offer 12 months interest free with Gem Visa.
If the only bike available is in another showroom we will charge $50 to transfer your bike and an additional surcharge of $30 if the bike needs to be re-boxed. If the bike is available at your location OR from the supplier then there will be no freight charge. Alternatively, if you are happy to drive and collect the bike from a nearby showroom there will be no freight charge.
Unfortunately not, All orders need to go through our order form, and we will then choose whether that bike comes from a supplier or warehouse, This is necessary for you to receive your discount

Yes, to make this simple we give you a 10% off RRP on all items excluding Electric Bikes, Garmin, Wahoo and other electronics. Other items will be 5% off RRP.
Timeframes will vary depending on what bike(s) you have ordered and where the product needs to be sourced from. Please allow up to 10 working days after your order is confirmed for the bike(s) to be sent to your collection showroom and to be built. You will receive a notification when your bike is ready to be collected.
You may use your discount for immediate family members. This includes your spouse and children.
There are so many bikes to choose from so this isn’t an easy question to answer. To help narrow this down, the key things you need to think about first are: What do I plan to use the bike for? How much would I like to spend? What are the key features I would like? If in doubt, please get in touch with your local Evo showroom and they can provide advice. There is a huge List of E-bikes available, everything from cruisers to full suspension E-bikes. Almost every E-bike on our Evo Cycles website is available and even some that are not. Please see above for models available, or enquire via the contact information if you would like a price for a model not shown.
Bikes are much like your car, they require regular servicing to run efficiently and to perform to a high standard. At Evo, we recommend servicing your bike annually as a minimum for a commuter bike and every 6-8 months if you are riding off-road regularly. Evo offers ‘Service Plans’ when purchasing a new bike which provides peace of mind for up to three years. These maintenance packages are discount services only available when purchasing a new bike from Evo Cycles. Learn more about service plans here.
Most electric bikes are pedal assisted up to 32km/h with a few models assisting up to 45km/h.
This is recommended as the weight of the bike is above what most bike racks are rated to carry. E-bike specific racks also make it a lot easier to get your e-bikes onto the vehicle and will have purpose designed restraints for wider e-bike tubes and heavier weights. It may also be worth investing in a bike rack ramp as e-bikes can weigh up to 25kg which can make lifting them quite difficult.
