Seasonal Delivery Delays

Due to seasonal order volumes and pressure on the NZ delivery network, delivery times may be longer than normal. Please allow up to 6 days over and above normal delivery times in the lead up to Christmas.

Pre-Christmas Delivery Information

To ensure you receive your online orders in time for Christmas, please make sure you order in advance of the courier cut off dates. Due to the seasonal pressure on the NZ courier network and the uncertainty in a COVID-19 environment, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas after these dates. Cut off dates are based on information from our courier providers.

*Delivery cut-off dates are targets only. Evo is still reliant on our delivery partners to deliver within these timeframes. If in doubt, please order well in advance to ensure you order arrives on time. All dates are subject to change due to impacts on airfreight as a result of COVID-19 or seasonal courier network pressure. Dates are correct as of 19 November 2020 and are subject to change without notice.

Please note: Delivery cut-off dates also apply to orders placed using Click & Collect if the product(s) are not held in the Evo showroom stock. Excludes rural delivery.

No Delivery Days

Our delivery partners will be closed on statutory holiday days over the Christmas and New Year period. Orders placed on these days will not be processed until the following business day.

We have a wide range of delivery options to suit what works best for you. Evo Cycles provides free NZ Delivery on all orders over $99* or a $5 flat rate for orders under $99. We also provide free Click &Collect for online orders over $99 and a home delivery service for new bikes.

For the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery, please order well in advance of the suggested delivery cut-off dates above. These dates are our best estimate of the absolute latest we can dispatch and deliver before Christmas. However, due pressure on the NZ courier network at this time of year we cannot guarantee delivery. If in doubt, please head into an Evo Cycles showroom.

Yes. We predict some orders may be delayed but up to an additional 6 working days due to the volume of orders passing through our dispatch centers and pressure on the NZ delivery network.

Yes. However, not all products are available in all showrooms and may still need to be sent from another location or warehouse. For this reason, it is safest to assume Click & Collect orders still need to be in before the cut-off date. If unsure, check the in-store availability on the Evo product page on our website or call your local showrooom to confirm availability.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any stage before it has been dispatched. If your order is in transit, you will need to wait until it has arrived then return the item at your cost or return to your local Evo Cycles showroom for a refund or exchange. Any incured freight costs are non refundable.

Bikes will take longer to process and deliver than smaller items. Due to their size and weight they travel on slower courier services. In addition to the longer delivery times, bikes need to be assembled and safety checked before collection. If you are ordering a bike as a Christmas gift, or to ride over the Christmas holidays, we strongly suggest you order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.

Yes, but only via Evo Home Delivery. Trek, Giant, Liv bikes and all e-bikes cannot be delivered by standard courier. This is because these brands require the bikes be fully assembled and safety checked before hand over, as per their safety and warranty policy. They cannot be delivered partially assembled in a box.
