WHO CAN COME TO EVO SHOWROOMS AT LEVEL 2?

Evo Showrooms Are Open! Come one! Come all! Here is some key info from our crew about Evo at Level 2:

  • If you're unwell please stay away
  • Evo are Physical Distancing, please don't be offended if we take a step back to ensure we're following the guidelines
  • Evo is doing contact tracing, be ready to give us your details
  • We'll be taking extra care in cleaning bikes between test rides and sanitising the eftpos terminal in between transactions

WHAT'S DIFFERENT IN LEVEL 2?

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Our crew have been instructed to comply with the guidelines and keep 1m distance from customers in our showrooms.

CLEANING

We'll be wiping down the eftpos terminal between customers and giving test ride bikes a once over before each test ride. All service centre jobs will be cleaned at the beginning and end of each service or repair.

CONTACT TRACING

Evo will be collecting data for contact tracing, we're doing our part for NZ. It may be a minor inconvenience to give your details but it's for the best.

Important Notice About Orders

Wow! It has been busy and we've been trying our best to keep up!

We're pleased to say we're through the worst of the delays and orders should leave Evo or our warehouses pretty smartly from now on. There are still some courier delays in hot spots around the country like in Auckland and when going from the North Island and to the South.

During level 2 you can continue to shop online as you would during normal times. We can dispatch all items available on the website via traditional courier delivery, Evo home delivery (for bikes) and via Click & Collect.

Yes. During Level 2, all Evo showrooms are open for shopping and bicycle servicing.

Yes. During Level 2, all of our showrooms will be open for collection of online orders. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected and which can be collected between 10am - 11am & 2pm - 3pm daily. Please stick to these collection times as it helps us manage crowds during peak times.

Yes. During level 2 all Evo service centres will be open for servicing , maintenance and repairs. To book your bike in for a service, fill in the booking form here

Yes. Evo showrooms will be open for normal shopping. For payment, we can either send a contactless payment link to your smart phone or you can pay via the eftpos machine. We will be cleaning eftpos machines between customers.

Can I come Inside?

Yes. During level 2 you can come inside to shop. However, You will need to maintain a physical distance of at least 1m from our crew and other customers.

During level 2 we can process items from all of our dispatch locations. Due to the high order volumes and stress on the courier network, orders are expected to take longer than usual to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders to be processed as we are operating with limited staff to ensure safe physical distancing. Packages can take up to 5 additional working days. We ask that you be patient during these unprecedented times.
You will receive courier tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a dispatch notification within 5 business days or have questions about an outstanding order, please contact us here.

Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, you will need to wait until it has been delivered then you can follow the normal returns process here.

Can I return my purchase back to the store?

Yes. You can return items to Evo Showrooms during level 2. Please bring a proof of purchase with you and ensure the product is in new condition with original packaging in tact.
