An Update From Evo On COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

COVID-19 UPDATE

Delivery Update:

Due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions in the Auckland region, delivery times may be delayed. Please allow an additional 2-4 days over and above normal delivery times.

Our delivery partners have also reintroduced contactless delivery to avoid the need for any physical contact to help further prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Evo at Level 3 (Auckland Region):

Evo Auckland Showrooms and Service Centers are open for drop-offs and collections only during level 3.

  • Click & Collect orders can still be placed online and collected from our Auckland showrooms
  • Bicycle service centres are still operating, but only via contactless drop offs and collections
  • If you're unwell please stay away, even for contactless collections

Evo at Level 2 (Rest of NZ):

Evo Showrooms are open for normal shopping, but will be following level 2 precautions.

  • If you're unwell please stay away
  • Evo are Physical Distancing, please don't be offended if we take a step back to ensure we're following the guidelines
  • Evo is doing contact tracing, be ready to give us your details
  • We'll be taking extra care in cleaning bikes between test rides and sanitising the eftpos terminal in between transactions

During level 2 & 3 you can continue to shop online as you would during normal times. We can dispatch all items available on the website via traditional courier delivery, Evo home delivery (for bikes) and via Click & Collect.

Evo Showrooms and Service Centers remain open during level 2, but with Covid-19 level 2 precautions in place.

Yes. During Level 2 and Level 3, all of our showrooms will be open for collection of online orders. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

Yes. During level 2 and 3, all Evo service centres will be open for servicing, maintenance and repairs. During level 3, drop-offs and collections will be contactless only. To book your bike in for a service, fill in the booking form here

Yes. Evo showrooms will be open for normal shopping. For payment, we can either send a contactless payment link to your smart phone or you can pay via the eftpos machine. We will be cleaning eftpos machines between customers.

Under level 3 in Auckland, you cannot enter the showroom. All other Evo showrooms are open under level 2. However, You will need to maintain a physical distance of at least 1m from our crew and other customers.

During level 3 and 2 we can process items from all of our dispatch locations. Due to the high order volumes and stress on the courier network, orders are expected to take longer than usual to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders to be processed as we are operating with limited staff to ensure safe physical distancing. Based on past experience, we anticipate packages could take up to 5 additional working days. We ask that you be patient during these times.
You will receive courier tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a dispatch notification within 5 business days or have questions about an outstanding order, please contact us here.

Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, you will need to wait until it has been delivered then you can follow the normal returns process here.

Yes. You can return items to Evo Showrooms during level 2 but not during level 3. Please bring a proof of purchase with you and ensure the product is in new condition with original packaging in tact.
