An Update From Evo On COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

COVID-19 UPDATE

Delivery Update:

Due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions across New Zealand, delivery times will be delayed. Please allow an additional time over and above normal delivery times.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your delivery address is a residential dwelling or an open business under alert level 4. Undeliverable items may be returned to sender.

Evo At Level 4 (Auckland):

Auckland Showrooms and Service Centres are closed and will not re-open until the country moves to level 3 or below.

  • Orders can still be placed online, but only essential products will be sent until the alert level moves to level 3.
  • Bicycle service centres are closed, you can book a service online, but the bikes will not be accepted into our care until the alert level drops
  • Click and Collect and Evo Home Delivery is not available at alert level 4.

Evo at Level 2 (rest of NZ):

Evo Showrooms outside of the Auckland region in Level 2 will be open for shopping, but adhering to public health requirements.

  • Showrooms are open for normal shopping.
  • If you're unwell please stay away.
  • Please wear a mask when shopping with us.
  • Please keep 2m apart from Evo crew and other shoppers.
  • Evo is doing contact tracing, be ready to give us your details.
  • We'll be taking extra care in sanitising bikes before collection.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT IN LEVEL 2?

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Our crew have been instructed to comply with the guidelines, wear a mask and keep a 2m distance from customers in our showrooms.

CLEANING

We'll be wiping down the eftpos terminal between customers and giving test ride bikes a once over before each test ride. All service centre jobs will be cleaned at the beginning and end of each service or repair.

CONTACT TRACING

Evo will be collecting data for contact tracing, we're doing our part for NZ. It may be a minor inconvenience to give your details but it's for the best.

During level 4 you can continue to shop online as you would during normal times. However, delivery times will be delayed. When Level 4 lifts we will begin dispatching all orders again.

Evo Showrooms and Service Centres are open at alert level 2. Evo Showrooms and Service Centres are closed during level 4. Showrooms and service centres are open for contactless collections and drop-offs under alert level 3 and below.

Click & Collect is available as a service at alert level 3 and below. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

At alert level 3 and below, Evo Service Centres are open for bike maintenance, servicing and repairs. To book your bike in for a service, fill in the booking form here. Service Centres are closed at alert level 4.

Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, you will need to wait until it has been delivered then you can follow the normal returns process here.

Yes. You can return items to Evo Showrooms during level 2 but not during level 3. Please bring a proof of purchase with you and ensure the product is in new condition with original packaging in tact.
