An Update From Evo On COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

IMPORTANT UPDATES FROM EVO:

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions across New Zealand, delivery times will be delayed.

Please allow additional time over and above normal delivery times. Deliveries in and out of the Auckland region may be delayed by up to 10 days and delays of to up to 5 days for the rest of NZ. Please refer to our Christmas delivery information for the latest update on delivery times here.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your delivery address is a residential dwelling or an open business under the current alert level. Undeliverable items may be returned to sender.

AT ALL TRAFFIC LIGHT LEVELS:

MASK WEARING

Wearing a mask when visiting Evo is Highly Reccomended. Our crew will also be wearing masks.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Our crew have been instructed to comply with the guidelines, wear a mask and keep a 1m distance from customers in our showrooms.

CLEANING

We'll be wiping down the eftpos terminal between customers and giving test ride bikes a once over before each test ride. All service centre jobs will be cleaned at the beginning and end of each service or repair.

CONTACT TRACING

Evo will be collecting data for contact tracing, we're doing our part for NZ. It may be a minor inconvenience to give your details but it's for the best.

You can continue to shop online as you would during normal times at all levels of the traffic light system. However, delivery times may be delayed as we follow public health rules within our dispatch locations and manage high demand.

Yes, Evo Showrooms and Service Centres are open at for normal shopping at all levels of the traffic light system.

Yes, Click & Collect is available as a service at all levels of the traffic light system. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

Yes, Evo Service Centres are open for bike maintenance, servicing and repairs at all levels of the traffic light system. To book your bike in for a service, fill in the booking form here. Service Centres are closed at alert level 4.

Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, you will need to wait until it has been delivered then you can follow the normal returns process here.

Yes. You can return items to Evo Showrooms at all levels in the traffic light system. Please bring a proof of purchase with you and ensure the product is in new condition with original packaging in tact.
