The Unplattbar mtb tire with ECE-R75 certification for fast electric bikes.

The Schwalbe Marathon Plus MTB rolls easily over solid paths and the powerful outer lugs have plenty of bite off-road. The robust construction in combination with the Smart Guard protection belt ensures maximum puncture resistance in all conditions. You can never completely rule out a flat tire. However, with these tires, you are optimally protected against typical puncture hazards such as shards or granulate. In addition, reflective strips on the side walls provide better visibility.

Unplattbar® | The only bicycle tires in the world that can be called Unplattbar® come from Schwalbe. This is made possible by the patented Smart Guard puncture protection belt, which, thanks to its special design, can withstand even shards of glass or thumbtacks. The Smart Guard insert is 5 mm thick and made of highly elastic special rubber. The tires also impress with their excellent rolling resistance, which is far superior to other puncture-proof bicycle tires.
Smart Guard | This protective belt made of highly elastic special rubber in combination with a 5 mm thick protective pad gives the tires their enormous puncture resistance.
ECE-R75 (E-50) | Tires with the ECE-R75 test mark are approved for bikes up to 50 km/h.
