The Silverback Series 9 Hardtail Mountain Bike is designed for riders who demand durability, control, and performance on the trails. Its lightweight alloy frame features semi-internal cable routing and a dropper post, while the RockShox Judy Silver TK fork delivers 100mm of plush suspension. The Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain ensures smooth gear changes, and hydraulic disc brakes provide confident stopping in all conditions. With 29" (27.5" for XS) tubeless-ready wheels and grippy CST 2.35" wide tyres, this bike offers stability and traction for tackling a variety of off-road terrains.
KEY FEATURES
Sport Optimised POP Geometry
POP geometry engages bigger leg muscle groups for more effective climbing. The rider position on the SE:Series 9 improves traction, front wheel grip and bike control. This means that it also feels more natural, boosting confidence and skill development.
Hydraulic Disc Brakes
The SE:Series 9 comes equipped with hydraulic disc brakes for stronger and more reliable stopping power.
Hydroformed alloy frame
Hydroformed tubing, Tapered headtube, T6 - 6061 Aluminium, semi-internal cable routing, dropper post compatible, replaceable derailleur hanger, integrated 40mm direct-mount 2-bolt kickstand mounts, water bottle bosses, 135mm x 10mm QR rear hub spacing, 27.5 & 29" x 2.35" tyre clearance, rack and fender mounts.
1x Drivetrain
All SE:Series 8 & 9 models come standard with 1x drivetrains - more intuitive to use and requires less maintenance.
Easy-route internal cable routing
SE:Series 9 features full internal routing. The brake line follows the seatstay, making this the shortest possible rear brake line route on the bike. Dropper post cable routing is included for future bike upgrades.
High volume - 2.35" tyre compatibility
Tyre compatibility is up to 2.35" wide, offering noticeably better bump absorption and grip!
Water Bottle mounts
SE:Series 9 offers more water bottle mount options. Sizes M-XL have capacity for 2 full sized bottles while size Small has 1. (Bottle cages sold separately)
SURFACE CHAIN GUIDE
Included on all 1x drivetrains. Improves chain stability, helps to prevent chain drop.
Refined seat-stay bridge & wide tyre clearance
Seat Stay support bridge to stiffen up the rear triangle with an attachment point for a fender or mud guard.
RACK MOUNTS INTEGRATED IN FRAME.
All SE:Series models include mounting points for rear racks, allowing you to haul your gear when you commute/tour. (Rack sold separately)

If you choose the option Evo Home Delivery at the checkout your order will be personally delivered to you, by an Evo Crew Member, who will also be able to answer any questions you have about your new bike. If you choose Evo Delivery your bike will be delivered completely built, tuned and ready to ride! We are also able to offer Evo Home Delivery on previously restricted brands such as Giant & Trek!
Our home delivery charge is only $30 for 15km and $1 per km after that.
