Built to withstand the challenges posed by the heavier weight of e-Bikes, this innovative product offers e-Bike riders the ultimate balance of protection, performance and lightweight design to provide peace of mind on all terrains.

Engineered to endure the significant impacts and stresses associated with e-Bike use, the Air-Liner Protect e-Bike ensures a smoother, controlled ride. Its advanced material composition provides exceptional puncture resistance and impact protection, maintaining bike agility and responsiveness. The design effectively dampens shocks and vibrations, enhancing stability and comfort for both casual riders and professionals.

  • The Air-Liner Protect e-Bike, weighing 135g for 27.5” version and 145g for 29” version, is specifically designed for 27.5” and 29” wheel sizes and tire widths ranging from 2.4” to 2.6”.
  • This insert is exclusively compatible with tubeless tires and must be used with multiway tubeless valves (included).
  • Each package includes one insert and a 40mm Vittoria Green Multiway Tubeless valve.

  • Lower pressure: Once installed, Air-Liner Protect e-Bike allows you to lower tire pressures, providing more grip and increasing riding comfort.
  • Lateral stability: Air-Liner Protect e-Bike provides increased cornering support, allowing you to ride faster, by minimizing sidewall flex.
