PURE Fluid Energy Gels are a premium natural energy gel designed to provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way, using real ingredients, carbohydrates and electrolytes.

Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Reconstituted Cherry Juice (19%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Mineral Salts (Sodium Citrate), Natural Flavour, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Caffeine.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Always use gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum daily intake 10 servings.
