The Shimano Alivio SL-M3100-R shift lever provides responsive rear shifting for 9-speed mountain bike drivetrains. The RapidFire Plus lever is suited to quick shifting, giving riders the ability to downshift three gears in one stroke.

The Shimano Alivio SL-M3100-L shifting lever provides quick lever access and light and responsive shifting for 3x9-speed mountain bike drivetrains. The RapidFire Plus lever features 2Way-Release, which allows for relief shifts by either pull of the index finger or push of the thumb.
