Before they hit the trail or pull any tricks, kids have to learn to ride - but it can be tough. Traditionally, kids’ bikes are just scaled-down versions of adult bikes. This doesn’t take proper fit or pedaling mechanics into consideration. To tackle this problem, Mongoose® has developed a new line of KidFit™ bikes which are designed specifically for the next generation of trail slayers. Narrower cranks, a more kid-friendly geometry, optimized gearing and smaller touch points are all optimized to build confidence for kids. Plus, the bikes will fit growing kids for a longer time. All of this combines to create the ride fit just for a kid!
KidFit™ technology has been embedded into the design of every juvenile bike we make from the LilGoose to the Racer X. Learning to ride can be tough. But, KidFit™ features like easier gearing and improved rider positioning help make those first experiences a lot easier.
